Dawn is a co-founder and COO at FullStack, a PEO focused on early stage ventures. Dawn has over a decade of experience in the PEO industry, providing administrative, operational, and strategic human resource guidance to small- and mid-sized companies. Dawn has been the Human Resource and main client contact for over fifty companies at one time. Her wide array of human resource generalist knowledge includes employee relations, employment law, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and recruitment and retention.
Dawn also serves on the State Government Affairs Committee for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), staying close to state legislative issues affecting the PEO industry. She's maintained her PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute for over 15 years and has her SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management.
